A group of students from the National Experimental University of the Armed Forces (UNEFA) Yaracuy nucleus, with careers in System Engineering and Agroindustrial Engineering, took a guided tour of the State Research Center Foundation for Agroindustrial Experimental Production (CIEPE), where they reinforced their knowledge in agro-industrial matters.

According to a press release from the Ministry of Science and Technology, during the visit, the students toured three laboratories of scientific interest such as the Microbiology Division, the Metrology Division and the Physical Chemistry Division.

During the tour, they were able to learn about the equipment used in each of the laboratories and the projects that are carried out in the institution attached to the Ministry for Science and Technology.

In addition, they were able to reinforce their knowledge in different subjects, including: mass and volume; physico-chemical analysis; substances and measurement.

This day also served to help students in their project focused on agricultural production and systems, which aims at the reactivation of the UNEFA laboratory.
