A total of 55 boys and girls from the Zobeyda Jiménez National Early Childhood Education Center visited the facilities of the Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Research (IVIC), to participate in comprehensive recreational activities within the framework of the National Scientific Seed Program.

According to a press release, from the spaces of the Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán auditorium, the students learned about the characteristics of different animal groups by the ecologist and researcher of the IVIC, María Abarca, who described the physical, nutritional and behavioral aspects of different vertebrate and invertebrate species in the animal kingdom.

During the meeting, the turn of Fun Chemistry was led by researchers from the “Dr. Gabriel Chuchani” Chemistry Center, specifically from the Analytical Chemistry Laboratory, who carried out different experiments that stole the attention and curiosity of boys and girls.

The researchers Valery John, Genesis Merlo and Jennesi Rojas explored different interactive experiments full of colors, bubbles and chemical changes that captivated the audience.
