Yvan Gil: The Venezuelan people have experienced progress in the midst of sanctions

This Thursday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yvan Gil, made statements to the media, regarding the rejection of non-compliance with agreements by the Government of the United States (USA).

“The Venezuelan people have lived in the midst of sanctions, the application of unilateral coercive sanctions, they have experienced progress, and an increase in their quality of life,” said the Venezuelan foreign minister.

Likewise, the diplomat added that “once again Venezuelans recover their purchasing power, access to goods and services.”

“The prosperity we have seen has been thanks to President Nicolás Maduro's strong political action to circumvent these sanctions; now more than ever, we have higher morale than ever!” , Gil said.

In this regard, he said that unilateral coercive measures must be rejected by the international community.
