This Tuesday, the Ukrainian, Volodimir Zelensky, asked at the annual summit of the North Atlantic Organization (NATO) held in The Hague that all European countries in the Alliance dedicate at least 0.25% of their Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to military aid to their country.
In early June, Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov stated that support for Kiev under the so-called Danish model, a mechanism that promotes joint production between defense industries in Ukraine and European countries, will increase to 1.3 billion euros (1,480 million dollars) in 2025.
Last Monday, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, stated that there is concern about “the plans that several Western politicians continue to plot to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia.”
“History has taught them nothing. They continue to send weapons and money to the current Kiev regime. They provide him with intelligence and military-technical support. In essence, they are directly involved in the (Ukrainian) conflict,” he stressed.
