In order to unify efforts in the face of the impact of sanctions, the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, led a productive meeting this Tuesday in Cabimas, Zulia state. The activity, framed in the National Pilgrimage, served as a platform for receiving legal projects that directly leverage the region's economy and stimulate private investment.
“In this second phase we talk about the productive sector, because the cultural sector produces and in Zulia more. I ask them to make the proposals, they send them to me with the governor and we are moving forward and responding. Let the livestock brothers meet here, for example, and make their contributions to the Law on the Protection of Livestock Activity. We are waiting for them to give me the proposal on the subject of exemption from taxes on productive activity to take it to the Presidency,” said Cabello.
This technical articulation seeks to get the livestock and business sectors to present specific fiscal reforms. The objective is to ensure that any benefit from tariff exemption immediately translates into the reactivation of domestic employment and the social welfare of Zulian families.
“In these moments of real investment for those who can invest, any benefit of exemption is good, because those who invest will generate jobs and if employment is generated the people will have income and will be calm,” he said.
Likewise, he asserted that this country is not being carried out by a single sector, that has been proven. We can do it together, if we work together and let go of our political label. I didn't come here as a party leader, I came as a person who came to fulfill a mission,” concluded Sectorial Vice President for Policy, Citizen Security and Peace.
