The candidate for presidential re-election Nicolás Maduro, at a rally of the Chavista forces in Zulia, recognized that the Zulian people have always accompanied the Bolivarian Revolution, so in the upcoming elections of July 28 he will go out to give a “stop” to those who intend to privatize the oil industry to hand it over to the transnational corporations of imperialism.

“Do you want a pataruco to come and privatize PDVSA and keep your promise to hand it over to imperialism? If the gringos want oil... it falls here, cash, in cash, because Venezuela has more oil production every day, but I sell it to you at market price, it's over for free and no one is going to privatize Venezuela's oil,” reiterated the also Head of the National Executive.

From the Jesús Enrique Lossada municipality, he denounced the plans of the coordinator of the extreme right movement, Vente Venezuela, María Corina Machado, who has insisted on the need to privatize the state company Petrleos de Venezuela S.A. (PDVSA). However, this is an idea that is being strongly resisted, especially in Zulia, an oil region par excellence.
