ZULIA - SAN FRANCISCO/Candidate Luis Caldera: Starting May 25, the new phase begins... To rule with the people

The candidate of the Great Patriotic Pole Simón Bolívar (GPPSB) for the governor of Zulia, Luisa Caldera, expressed a new phase for the entity with the victory of the revolutionary forces in the elections of next May 25.

“As of May 25, the new stage of Zulia begins (...) To govern with the people, from the territories, from the communes. To govern from the south of the lake in its five municipalities,” Caldera emphasized from the San Francisco municipality to a crowd of Pueblo people.

He stressed that governing with and for the People means that starting May 25, in the 576 self-governing rooms, a special commissioner of the governor will be appointed to accompany the communes. “It's installing five territorial construction camps because the commune buys the hose, but doesn't have the machine to install it. And then the governance in these five territorial camps will accompany the commune in that space,” he said.
