ZULIA - SANTA BÁRBARA/Cabello Denounces Campaign Against Venezuela: Networks Are Filled with Junk Information

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, denounced this Tuesday the brutal campaign unleashed by sectors of the right against the country to deceive young people.

“They (the right) are experts and deceitful (...) they unleashed a campaign that Venezuela didn't work and after they did that they say it's the government's fault,” Cabello said during the 1x10x7 Machinery Check in Zulia.

He explained that these sectors paid “millions on what they call influencers, social networks, on the bots that they have everywhere to fill the networks with junk information (...) because it is a mechanism that they have, even a perverse mechanism”.

In that regard, he called for the people to heal against these attacks. “I think that at this point the ineptitude of the right in governing is recognized, because they are bad at doing politics, but they are worse at governing,” he emphasized, specifying that the right never stands up to the problems of Venezuelans.
