14 indigenous communities in Apure received a day of comprehensive care

A total of 14 indigenous communities, located in hard-to-reach areas of Apure state, received medical, preventive and social assistance thanks to an approach implemented between the Ministry of Health (MinSalud), the Ministry for Indigenous Peoples (MINPPI) and the Achaguas municipality's office.

According to a press release, the operation focused on the sectors of Santa Josefina, Las Mercedes, El Piedral, San José, Las Campanas, El Rosario, Basiliero, Guarapita, La Ramonera, Vuelta Mala, Yarapito, Manguito Capanaparo, El Jobo and Yopito, with the firm intention of guaranteeing the right to health of families from the Capanaparo axis.

With this day, the staff of the National Public Health System are bringing egalitarian and multicultural health to the farthest corners of the Venezuelan geography.
