174 compatriots from the United States arrived in the country through the Plan Back to the Fatherland

A group of 174 compatriots arrived in the country, this Friday, from the United States, on a new flight of the Plan Return to the Fatherland.

This contingent of Venezuelans was received by the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, who indicated that this is the 17th flight that allows compatriots abroad to return to their homeland.

“It's a great effort being made to follow the instructions of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, to bring Venezuelans wherever they are,” Cabello said from Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, La Guaira state.

In this regard, the Minister of Internal Relations, Justice and Peace , reported that in the afternoon of this Friday, another flight is expected to arrive in the country, also with approximately 200 people, to bring the total number of returnees to 3,647 in recent days.
