The 1st. BDT 360° National Meeting: Connecting the Future of Business, which brought together for four days in Caracas, the leaders of the Workers' Digital Bank (BDT) seeks to design the lines and new challenges in financial matters to underpin its 2025 Management Plan, in order to continue promoting the development of the country's productive sectors.

The event, led by the president of the bank, Sergio Lotartaro, was attended by the Deputy Minister of Digital Economy, Banking, Insurance and Securities of the Ministry of the People's Power of Economy and Finance, Jimmy Berríos Ojeda, and other leading specialists in the economic area.

Lotartaro stated that “this meeting is much more than a simple meeting. It is a platform for sharing ideas, strategies and experiences that will allow us to promote BDT. Together, we will see the latest trends, identify opportunities for growth and strengthen our ability to adapt to a world with constantly evolving customers.”

In his speech, he added that “visionary leaders from every corner of our organization met here, to sow a future where digital banking is synonymous with opportunity and accessibility for all workers in our nation, we are designing the Bank we want”, guidelines issued by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
