23 tons of medical supplies from Brazil arrive in La Guaira

A total of 23 tons of medical supplies arrived at Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, in the state of La Guaira, from Brazil.
La information was released by a publication in the newspaper Úlmas Noticias , where it was detailed that these resources are intended to strengthen the National Program for Hemodialysis and Nephrology, which is carried out by the Venezuelan Social Security Institute (IVSS).
Al in this regard, the Minister for Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez, highlighted that thanks to strategic cooperation between the national government and the administration of the Brazilian president, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, medical care is guaranteed for more than 9,000 kidney patients throughout the country.
Agregó that these supplies will replace the inventory lost after the bombing carried out by the United States on January 3 of a warehouse located in La Guaira.
