In Bogotá, Colombia, a sample of Venezuelan artisanal talent is being exhibited with the participation of 27 creators at the Expoartesanias 2025, which takes place at the Corferias fairgrounds and will be open to the public until December 18. The pieces are part of the Handmade in Venezuela catalog.

This was announced by the president of the Red Art Foundation, Aracelis García Reyes, who accompanies the Venezuelan delegation, also made up of two female cultivators participating in the exhibition.

Among the exhibitors is the Neo-Spartan creator Rosaura Altura, who presents a variety of traditional handicrafts from Margarita Island, made by families from the San Juan Bautista town, Díaz municipality.

In addition, the artisan from Merida Carmen Molina highlighted the exchange of knowledge with Colombian visitors and artisans, especially in weaving techniques and reading textile patterns.

The creators thanked the support of the Great Mission Viva Mi Patria Querida and the Red Art Foundation for promoting the international projection of Venezuelan crafts.

The president of the Art Network added that during 2025 several public institutions have joined the promotion of the sector by acquiring handicrafts for corporate gifts, and stressed that international visibility and events such as the VI National Craft Fair (FENART) have strengthened the country's artisanal production.
