A total of 31 municipalities in Carabobo will participate in the “Living Arts School Festival”, an initiative that seeks to promote the artistic and musical expression of new talents and emerging groups in the entity.

The organization of the festival was discussed during a working meeting held at the Museum of Culture of Carabobo, in Valencia, which was led by the Deputy Minister of Culture, Gabriela Simoza, and the state's sole authority for culture, Nathaly Bustamante.

The proposal contemplates the development of a cultural training network in the territories, with the goal of progressively extending it to more than a thousand communes in the country. In addition, the festival seeks to create spaces for the dissemination of artistic expressions and traditions of communities.

Carabobo is one of the 13 states selected to host the initiative, with activities planned in its 13 municipalities. The program will be aimed at making emerging talent visible and promoting community participation through art and music.
