A new group of 100 tourists from Russia arrived on Margarita Island, Venezuela as part of the alliances in this sector between the Eurasian nation and the Latin American nation.

According to the Ministry of Popular Power for Tourism (MINTUR), the commercial operation was carried out through the Venezuelan Tourism Office (VENETUR) in Russia.

The agency specified that, with this new group, there are 4,544 Russian travelers who have arrived in Venezuela to enjoy its benefits, thanks to commercial cooperation between tour operators Pegas Touristik and Hover Tour, through charter flights.

MINTUR also highlighted the effective coordination between the National Executive and the private sector, as part of the economic development policy promoted by the Venezuelan president, Nicolás Maduro, to energize all productive areas of the country.
