Below in a full statement:

The Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA) expresses its strongest support and support to the people and Government of the sister Republic of Cuba, its President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez and Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, in the just defense of their sovereignty and independence, based on the legitimate exercise of the right to self-determination and to establish relations of friendship and cooperation with all governments and peoples of the world, in a framework of mutual respect, sovereign equality and adherence to international law.

ALBA reaffirms that the Charter of the United Nations constitutes the essential foundation of peaceful coexistence among States, enshrining universal principles such as the sovereign equality of States, non-interference in internal affairs, the prohibition of the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity and political independence of any State, the peaceful resolution of disputes and the inalienable right of each people to decide their own political, economic and social project.

The Alliance recognizes and values the historical trajectory of Cuban foreign policy, built on a doctrine of independence, national dignity and deep commitment to multilateralism. Throughout its history, Cuba has demonstrated a permanent vocation for international cooperation, solidarity between peoples and respect for the rules of international law, contributing in a sustained manner to understanding, peace and collective well-being, especially for the countries of the Global South.

ALBA urges the international community and multilateral organizations to maintain their resolute and supportive support with the Republic of Cuba, in line with the resolutions adopted repeatedly and by the majority of the United Nations General Assembly that demand the lifting of the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed against that country, and to contribute in a responsible manner to peace, stability and cooperation in Latin America and the Caribbean.
