In order to facilitate trade, supply communities in the jungle and, especially, promote the development of tourism in Amazonas, 73 kilometers of roads were rehabilitated along the southern axis .
The governor of the entity, Miguel
Rodríguez, through his account on the social network Facebook, reported about the supervision
of these tasks carried out by the company Asfaltos Amazonas .
“We went there and spent some
time with the Amazon Asphalt warriors who have been working in the
area for days,” he said, while thanking the workers
for their “great effort for the development of the Amazonian people and to continue
building the New Amazon.”
Through an audiovisual,
the regional president stressed that these actions are carried out in compliance with the
third strategic line of the New Amazon Project on
the optimization of public services; as well as the line that deals with the
promotion of tourism in the jungle “because now we will reach the town of Samariapo in
the Autana municipality”.
