Amazonas receives more than 93,000 doses of drugs for its hospital network

A total of 93,171 units of medicines and 477 medical supplies were distributed to the main healthcare centers in the state of Amazonas by the Health Ministry Teams.
According to Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), this facility guarantees the operation of the Amazonas Maternal and Child Hospital and the Dr. José Gregorio Hernández Hospital, with the firm purpose of ensuring timely and quality care for the population during the beginning of the year 2026.
The provision of these resources seeks to strengthen the operational capacity of the regional hospital network and forms part of the State's social protection policies. The mass shipment of drugs and surgical materials allows medical personnel to have the necessary tools for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
