Ambassador Chegini: Iran will eternally remember this show of solidarity from Venezuela

In a march held this Thursday, June 19 in the city of Caracas in favor of peace in the world, the Iranian ambassador to Venezuela, Ali Chegini, stated that the People of the Persian nation will eternally remember this show of solidarity from the Venezuelan people.

“As a representative of the government and people of the Islamic Republic of Iran, I assure you that you are on the side of the divine prophets,” said the diplomat.

In that sense, he said that “the People of Venezuela are the people of peace and friendship in the world and that of Iran is peaceful and pacifist.”

He noted that the aggression of Israeli Zionism is being carried out by the support of the Iranian People and Government for the legitimate cause of Palestine.

“Today we are paying the price of standing by the side of free Palestine and we will continue in our fight in defense of our people and territory. We will not give in in the fight for humanity and we are going to break the teeth of this Zionist regime,” he said.
