Ambassador Moncada reiterated complaints from Venezuela to the President of the UN Security Council

The Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, highlighted the meeting held within the framework of the extraordinary assembly of the Security Council of the United Nations in New York, the Permanent Ambassador of Venezuela to the UN, Samuel Moncada, with Ambassador Abukar Dahir Osman, president of this body of the organization, where he reiterated Venezuela's complaint about the violation of its sovereignty, the illegal kidnapping of the President Nicolás Maduro and First Combatant Cilia Flores.
“The Permanent Ambassador of Venezuela to the UN, Samuel Moncada, held a bilateral meeting with Ambassador Abukar Dahir Osman, Permanent Representative of Somalia to the United Nations and current President of the Security Council. During this meeting, Moncada reiterated Venezuela's complaint about the violation of its sovereignty, the illegal kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro and First Combatant Cilia Flores, as well as the subversion of international norms and the contempt for the Zone of Peace in Latin America and the Caribbean by the United States Government. We remain committed to spreading the truth of our people,” the foreign minister wrote on the social network Telegram.
