The Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, received this Monday the Style Copies of the designated ambassadors of Zimbabwe, resident in Brazil and concurrent with Venezuela, Meshack Kitchen; the Philippines, Joseph Gerard Ángeles; and Norway, Nils Martin Gunneng.

At the Casa Amarilla Antonio José de Sucre, in Caracas, the Venezuelan Foreign Minister led the protocol acts that form part of the accreditation of diplomats in those positions.

Through his account on the social network X, Gil stated that with the Ambassador of Zimbabwe “we have had conversations about the promotion of bilateral cooperation (...) It is an honor for us to strengthen diplomatic relations and continue collaborating within the framework of the Group of Friends in Defense of the Charter of the United Nations, with the objective of preserving the principles of international law and peace,” he said.

In another message, after receiving the Philippine diplomat, he ratified the commitment of the Bolivarian Government to “collaborate in various areas with the objective of strengthening bilaterality and improving the living conditions of our peoples.”

Finally, he reaffirmed Venezuela's commitment “to collaborate closely with Norway to continue leading our countries towards diplomatic relations based on mutual respect”, once he received the Style Copies of the new Ambassador.
