AN calls on political parties to draw up the 2025 electoral schedule

Authorities of the Legislative Branch convened this Monday all organizations and political parties to a meeting with the Special Commission for the revision of the rules and laws on electoral processes and political parties for the preparation of the electoral schedule for the elections of governors, mayors, municipal councils, legislative councils and the National Assembly scheduled for the year 2025.

Deputy Jorge Rodríguez explained in a statement released on social networks that the meeting will take place at the headquarters of the AN this Tuesday, January 14 at 11:30 in the morning.

“The Legislative Branch of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela calls on all organizations and political parties that are or are not represented before the National Assembly, with special emphasis on the four opposition governors, to a meeting this Tuesday, January 14 at 11:30 a.m. in the Federal Legislative Palace, headquarters of the National Assembly with the Special Commission for the review of the rules and laws on electoral processes and political parties,” reads the statement.

Finally, the communication reads that the invitation is given in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
