AN installed Venezuela-Haiti Parliamentary Friendship Group

This Thursday, from the Protocol Chamber of the National Assembly (AN), the Venezuela-Haiti Parliamentary Friendship Group (GAP) was installed.

The president of GAP, MP Casimira Monasterios, explained the importance of ties of cooperation between the two nations and of the fight against racism and respect for existing as a nation.

He also stressed that Venezuelans “are not only people of speeches, but we work for peace,” he said.

For her part, Yasneidi Guarnieri, vice-president of the Parliamentary Friendship Group, assured that the Venezuelan people support the cause of the Haitian people and urged them to be spokespersons and spokespersons in defense of these struggling brothers.
