Andrés “Andy” Borregales of the Patriots will become the first Venezuelan and to play the final of the National Football League (NFL).
Borregales played the final of the Conference against the Broncos, and this time, scoring the winning goal against Patriots, with a field goal in the third quarter to leave the score 7-10 in his favor, international sports media reports.
It should be noted that in the playoffs, Borregales scored his team's first 9 points in the wild card game against the Los Angeles Chargers, and then made all the extra points against the Houston Texans to reach the Conference Final.
The NFL final is scheduled for February 8, at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, at 7:30pm (Venezuelan time).
