Application process for community projects for the 2F Consultation ends this Tuesday

This Tuesday, January 21, the process of nominating communal projects for the National Popular Consultation on February 2 ends all over the country, in accordance with those established in the schedule of the National Electoral Council (CNE) and the Ministry for the Communes.

According to information from the Ministry for the Communes, to date there are more than five thousand Community Circuits and more than 46,000 Community Councils that will be choosing the projects that go to the first National Popular Consultation of 2025, with the objective of further consolidating Community Democracy, together with the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros.

In addition, the rector of the CNE Carlos Quintero confirmed that the electoral body will provide all the support in this process. At the same time, he explained that after the closing for project registration, members of the electoral commissions will be trained, who will serve as representatives of the electoral commissions and electoral commissions, the latter with the power to count and award projects.

In addition, he indicated that on January 31, the voting centers in the more than 101 parishes in Venezuela, which make up the 335 municipalities of the 24 states of the nation, will be activated to make them ready for February 2.

Let us remember that the projects selected by the people in these elections on February 2 will be financed by the Federal Government Council, as was the case in the two popular consultations held in 2024.
