Apure: Bolivarian Government distributed two tons of food at solidarity prices in Achaguas

The Bolivarian Government deployed a day of the Plan of Love in Action and Food Prosperity , in which items were distributed at solidarity prices to more than nine hundred families from the point and circle of the commune of Los Achaguas 2021, in the Achaguas municipality, Apure state.

The day allowed the purchase of food and protein with a discount of up to 70% on basic food items, reaching a distribution of 2 tons of food in this commune. In addition, the day was complemented by nutritional evaluations by the specialized staff of the National Institute of Nutrition,” added the Government.

In this regard, the territorial director of Food in the entity, Hoffman Valera, highlighted the role of community members in holding the event, while reaffirming “that food sovereignty is an essential pillar within the policies of the Bolivarian Government.”
