ARAGUA - MARACAY/Nicolás Maduro: I am proud to be the Commander in Chief of the FANB

On Tuesday night from Maracay, capital of the state of Aragua, the candidate for the country's revolutionary forces and Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, said that he is proud to be the Commander in Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces.

“I have in my being the power and strength of the civic-military-police union with which we have won every battle, every conspiracy, a response and a victory. For each sanction 100 solutions, for each threat 100 responses (...). We have succeeded because we are a courageous, courageous people and Venezuela has taken the right path of building its economic model and it is clear that this is no time to improvise and open the door to the demon of wild capitalism,” he said before the gigantic rally that the Maracayero people staged this Tuesday.

In that vein, he stressed that “we must preserve peace so that recovery continues.”
