Aragüeño Animal Welfare System develops veterinary care day at Base Aragua

In a joint effort to strengthen animal protection and social welfare, the Aragüeño Animal Welfare System carried out a successful day of comprehensive veterinary care in the Base Aragua housing estate, belonging to the Girardot municipality of the central-western entity of the country.

The day is part of the Neighbors and Neighbors Plan, which is being carried out in that municipality of Aragua, an initiative that seeks to bring state services directly to communities.

Angelo Bernal, regional liaison for the Care of Neighbors and Neighbors of the Government of Aragua, stressed that these actions are part of a multidisciplinary deployment that includes not only animal health, but also neighborhood “markets” and prefectural services, aimed at raising the quality of life in residential sectors without distinction of any kind.

The care provided at Base Aragua complies with the Saturday schedule of care provided by the Regional Executive, which seeks to expand the protection of animals in the entity.
