This Monday, February 17, federal judge María Servini was put in charge of the complaints filed against the president of Argentina, Javier Milei for the promotion of the cryptocurrency $Libra, which raised capital and immediately collapsed, causing millions of dollars in losses among investors from different countries, local media reports.

They will investigate the head of state as a possible necessary participant for alleged fraud and illegal association, in his role as a promoter of this crypto-scam on his social networks.

Until Sunday, February 16, Argentine justice received 112 criminal complaints against President Javier Milei for the mega-scam with the cryptocurrency $Libra, the teleSUR website reported.

According to judicial sources, around 111 filings were made digitally in different courts of the country, while a complaint was filed at a police station in the City of Buenos Aires, and was left in the hands of prosecutor Guillermo Marijuan.

For its part, the Página 12 portal points out that the drawing that designated Servini was held this morning using a manual roll holder in Comodoro Py 2002. The decision to carry out the drawing in this way and not by computer - as is customary - was taken by the presidency of the Chamber in charge of Mariano Llorens, to avoid unnecessary judicial waste and to ensure transparency, judicial sources reported.

In this way, the first case was handled by Servini and the federal prosecutor Taiano, and those that were presented later will be combined with this one in case of sharing complaints and crimes.
