The sectoral vice-president for Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, highlighted the expertise of Venezuelan explosives, demonstrated during the 12 controlled demolitions carried out in La Guaira, following the earthquakes of June 24.

“Our explosivists, demonstrating an extraordinary level, can say what they want, but that is done with our technology, with our capacity, with our experience, and everyone up to this point has been successful, totally successful, including one that doubled down,” Cabello stressed.
