As part of the celebration of Ali Primera's birthday, the Art Network opened its doors last Friday, October 31, to the collective exhibition “His song, our hands, a legacy that endures”, in homage to the one also known as the People's Singer.
The exhibition presented in the spaces of the Art Network is conceived as a palpable dialogue between the combative poetry of Ali Primera and the creative sensibility of artisans and plastic artists.
Each piece on display reflects the values of national identity, dignity and hope that characterized the singer-songwriter's work. The exhibition reaffirms the commitment of cultural institutions to the dissemination of figures who, like Ali Primera, became the voice of the dispossessed and inescapable references of Venezuelan culture.
“Their song, our hands, a legacy that endures” showcases local talent and invites the public to take a visual and reflective journey.
The objective is to keep alive the spirit and the message of those who today are remembered as a flag of national conscience.
