Art Network will inaugurate the exhibition “The Inner Look” by Benjamín Arenas

This Friday, April 17, the Red Art Foundation, an entity attached to the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture, will inaugurate the solo exhibition “The Inner Look” by the plastic artist Benjamín Arenas.

In this regard, the Art Network extended the invitation to the Caracas community and the media to this activity, which brings together more than 30 works in various formats and will open its doors starting at 3:00 p.m. in the spaces of the Red Art Store-Gallery, located in the Teresa Carreño Theater Cultural Complex.

Under the concept of “The Inner Look”, the artist from the Portuguese state presents a proposal that delves into the complexity of the human being. Its aesthetic merges vibrant colors, textures and symbolic forms, through layers and experimental techniques that explore memory and identity.

Each of the pieces connects dialogue, the face, light and shadow, rediscovering the individual's inner world. The exhibition includes carvings, assemblages and engravings in acrylic paste on wood and MDF; techniques that give substance to a theme that seeks to link man with his peers and with nature.
