This Monday, the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, during the meeting of the National Defense Council and Council of State recalled the series of attacks that the Venezuelan people have suffered financed through the United States (USA).

“Between July 29 and 30, 25 people died, including two officials of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) (one in Aragua and the other in Nueva Esparta). After a collection of information on each of the cases, 586 expertise and investigative steps, we can say and it is an exhaustive conclusion, that so far all these deaths can be attributed to criminal groups exploited by the so-called commandos,” the prosecutor reported.

During the violent events in the country, 192 people were injured, 97 belong to the State security forces, 58 to the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) 32 to the GNB, six to state police and one to the Criminal and Scientific Investigations Corps (CICPC).

Saab demanded that hate crime is about attacking and exterminating people because of their political orientation, which is why this new episode of violence has arisen due to ignorance of the electoral results issued by the National Electoral Council (CNE).

He also stressed that Venezuela has been experiencing an unprecedented coup escalation. “They tried to impose the Color Revolution,” he warned.

In this regard, he highlighted the situation in Ukraine, where everything is financed by the US, which is “what they want to implement here, is a call to overthrow a legitimately elected government with tragic results of violence and death.”

“It is impressive that only in 48 hours this group of violence broke out when 84% of the deaths registered by the Public Ministry (MP) occurred,” he said.

The Prosecutor highlighted the work of the MP: “We were able to appease this terrorist action in a few hours.” And he recalled the emblematic case of 2017 with the hate crime against Orlando Figuera “who was burned, beaten and stabbed on May 20 of that same year in the Plaza Altamira in Caracas.”

The details were highlighted by the prosecutor in the context of informing the international community about the violent actions promoted by the extreme right in alliance with imperialism.
