From the state of Barinas, the J head of state and candidate of the Fatherland, Nicolás Maduro, applauded the decision of the President of the United States, Joe Biden to withdraw from the electoral race in his country in the face of re-election. D stressed that he believes “that he has made the most sensible and correct decision.

“Today, information came out about President Joe Biden's resignation from the presidential candidacy after a great controversy over his health condition. There were political and economic groups that pressured Biden to keep his candidacy going full steam ahead. He said he would talk to his family and after doing so he announced his resignation for reasons of health and age,” he explained.

The Head of State stated that the President of the United States “prioritized his family, his health and realized that at that age and with weakened health he could not assume the reins of his country, let alone a presidential candidacy. President Biden was a responsible attitude”.

“I know President Biden in his three years in office, we have maintained a permanent dialogue and we still have dialogue commissions today. I only tell him to be calm with his conscience because he made a wise decision. I wish him health and long life, President Biden, with our differences, but we are Christians and good. To be president you have to be healthy,” he said.
