Biruaca municipalities fine-tune projects for the Popular Consultation

The Communes of the Biruaca municipality, in Apure state, are making progress in the review and ratification of projects that will be presented at the Popular Consultation on October 18, as part of the community-driven organization and management process.

According to information from the PSUV, the communal bases hold territorial assemblies to define priorities and discuss with local authorities the main needs of each sector.

Among the territorial organizations leading this deployment, communes such as Los Biruaca, Guerreros de Libertad, Che Guevara and Los Grandes Zamoranos stand out, among others, which have incorporated various activities of great social and institutional impact into their work agenda.

The community agenda includes actions such as “Operation Cleaning” in public spaces, the creation of official accounts on social networks, the characterization of peasant women and the organization of mechanisms for the care of the elderly.

The creation of a Communal Maternal Environment for child care is also being promoted, while communities continue to articulate their proposals and strengthen their organization for the day of October 18.
