Bolivar: More than 5 thousand people received social care

The Sectorial Vice President of Science, Technology, Ecosocialism and Health, Gabriela Jiménez, together with the governor of the state of Bolívar, Yulisbeth García, led a social and agri-food day in the Chirica parish, Comuna Héroes de Chirica, in the Caroní municipality, in the state of Bolívar.

‎ 'In this display of love and social justice, we are benefiting more than 5,000 people with comprehensive care, with special emphasis on nutrition, and serving 3,700 families through the Sovereign Field Days, a social policy promoted by the Bolivarian Government, headed by our president Nicolás Maduro and accompanied by the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez” , Jiménez said.

‎Asimismo, indicated that pediatric, gynecology and cardiology consultations, priority care for pregnant women and dental services were offered.

‎ “For the Bolivarian Revolution, health is a fundamental right and not a commodity. For this reason, we ensure that our children and young people receive free and quality care through the National Immunization Plan, guaranteeing the necessary vaccines to protect the future of the Homeland,” he said.
