Bolivarian animalist government serves the population of Choroní

The Nevado Aragua Mission team carried out a full day in the town of Choroní, Girardot municipality, where more than 60 companion and community animals were sterilized.
The activity was attended by the national president of the mission, Maiguailida Vargas, who stressed that this free day is part of the fourth and sixth transformations of the Homeland Plan, guided by President Nicolás Maduro and supported by the regional government, according to a press release.
For his part, the regional coordinator of the Nevado Mission, Francisco Mijares, reported that thanks to the mobile unit, animals were collected in their community spaces to be sterilized, in addition to carrying out veterinary medical checks. In the same context, the Huellitas de Choroní shelter was visited, where there are numerous puppies and dogs rescued from the streets, many of them recovered from injuries.
During the day, more than 100 rabies, sextuple and triple feline vaccines were applied, thus strengthening the health of the animals treated.
