Bolivarian Government activates operating room areas in the emergency of the Maracaibo hospital

Thanks to the 1×10 response from Good Governance, the operating rooms of the University Hospital of Maracaibo in Zulia were activated. These are three operating rooms in the Adult Emergency Area.

The rehabilitated rooms accommodate three multifunctional operating rooms, equipped with the highest technology, where laparoscopic, orthopedic and cardiovascular surgeries can be treated; as well as emergency neurosurgeries.

According to the modernization plan established by the University Hospital of Maracaibo, the remodeling of the Outpatient Consultation area, the modernization of the 11 operating rooms for elective surgeries, the Adult Emergency Traumatology and Orthopedics service and the launch of the new Nephrology service, including the largest Dialysis Unit in the west of the country, are on the agenda.
