Bolivarian Government advances in the construction of the Church of Our Lady of the Valley in Maturín

The Bolivarian Government, through the Ministry of the People's Power of Public Works, has registered significant progress in the construction of the Church of Our Lady of the Valley, located in the parish of San Simón in the city of Maturín, Monagas state.
This new space represents a historic milestone for the Monaguense entity, as it was the first temple in the city created specifically in honor of the Patron Saint of the East, thus responding to the deep desire of the entire community.
The work will directly serve more than 10,000 families and 45,000 inhabitants of San Simón Parish and its completion will provide parishioners with a modern and safe place for prayer, community sharing and the strengthening of local and religious traditions.
The works are being carried out from scratch on land destined exclusively for this purpose within the January 23 sector. The comprehensive project involves the intervention of a total area of 871.62 square meters, covering different phases of work, the first to be carried out the topographic survey, leveling and shaping of the land, according to the Ministry of the People's Power of Public Works.
This was followed by excavations for the foundations, construction of floors and currently the assembly of the structure in general continues, including garden areas and paths for the enjoyment and transit of visitors.
