The mayor of the Bolivarian Libertador municipality, Carmen Meléndez, together with the Sectorial Vice President of Works and Services, Jorge Márquez and the Minister of Public Works, Juan José Ramírez, oversaw the progress in the construction of the Urban Transport Terminal in Plaza Venezuela, El Recreo parish, Caracas.

Through the social network Instagram, Meléndez specified that this new space, located in the Zona Rental area, will have an area of approximately 6,500 square meters and a capacity to house 48 buses simultaneously.

In addition, he noted that it is estimated that between 10,000 and 20,000 users will make daily use of these facilities, which are being built to optimize mobility and benefit the entire population of Caracas.

“The construction of this terminal represents a major step towards strengthening the urban transport system in our city. We continue to work with commitment and love to provide effective solutions and modern spaces to our people,” said Mayor Meléndez during the inspection.
