Bolivarian Government advances in verticality studies and land surveying in La Guaira

Verticality studies and land surveying are progressing in the Algarín Paila II residences and in sectors such as Mare I and Villa Mar, where structural conditions, soils and topography are being evaluated to reinforce urban rehabilitation and provide greater peace of mind to communities in the state of La Guaira.

The technical staff of the National Institute of Urban Lands (INTU) carried out the verticality study in the Algarín Paila II residences, located in the Carlos Soublette parish, as part of the urban evaluation and recovery actions being carried out in the entity.

The manager of the INTU in La Guaira, Jorgelina Solarte, reported that these works continue in the aforementioned town, as well as in Mare I, and are complemented by land surveying in the community of Villa Mar.

Solarte explained that the land survey in Villa Mar is part of a comprehensive urban rehabilitation, which covers both urban development and rural areas and organized communities.

He indicated that the INTU technical team has been in the area since day one to carry out topographic studies, vertical surveys of each building and soil analysis, essential elements to ensure structural security and territorial planning.

Solarte stressed that these works also represent a message of tranquility for families in the area, stating that “Venezuela is Reborn”, in reference to the articulated effort for urban recovery and strengthening of the state of La Guaira.
