Bolivarian Government begins security deployment due to the restart of school activities in the country (statement)

On the occasion of the resumption of school activities in the country, the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace (MPPRIJP), this Sunday, January 11, issued a statement instructing the immediate activation and strengthening of community patrols in educational centers in the country, making use of the Peace Quadrants and effective coordination between all citizen security actors.

In this regard, it urges the entities that make up the Preventive Front to develop joint activities with the People's Guard and the Community Police, promoting comprehensive and preventive actions that reinforce the safety and tranquility of the school community and its environment.

It also emphasizes that “the Bolivarian Government, the guarantor of peace and national stability, categorically rejects any attempt to generate anxiety among the population through algorithms and disinformation mechanisms. Our commitment is firm and absolute: to preserve the peace and trust of our people, within the framework of the Bolivarian Revolution.”

Directors of Public Security Bodies, both national and regional, as well as Secretaries and Secretaries of Citizen Security, receive a cordial and patriotic greeting, an expression of our firm commitment to the defense, protection and well-being of the Venezuelan people.

In strict accordance with the guidelines established in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (CRBV), the Organic Law of the Homeland Plan and the Great Mission Quadrants of Peace, this office instructs the immediate activation and strengthening of community patrols in educational centers in the country, making use of peace quadrants and effective coordination between all citizen security actors, guaranteeing the peace of our children, adolescents and young students; ahead of the start of school activities announced by the President in charge, Dr. Delcy Rodríguez, on January 8, in compliance with the schedule established by the Ministry of Popular Power for Education for this Monday, January 12, 2026.

The entities that are members of the Preventive Front are urged to develop joint activities with the People's Guard and the Community Police, promoting comprehensive and preventive actions that reinforce the safety and tranquility of the school community and its environment.

The Bolivarian Government, the guarantor of peace and national stability, categorically rejects any attempt to generate anxiety among the population through algorithms and disinformation mechanisms. We ask the recipients to acknowledge receipt of this communication and to proceed immediately with the execution of the instructions established here, in compliance with national duty and institutional responsibility.
