Bolivarian Government carries out modernization works at the General Tomás de Heres Airport in Bolívar

The Bolivarian Government, through the Ministry of the People's Power of Public Works, in conjunction with the Government of the Bolivar State, is carrying out the restructuring and embellishment of the façade and internal areas of the General Tomás de Heres National Airport.
The work is carried out with the objective of consolidating the tourism and aeronautical sector in the region, offering modern, functional and suitable spaces for national and international visitors who pass through the airport on a daily basis.
In addition, the work of the comprehensive rehabilitation of the Tomás de Heres National Educational Unit, a fundamental infrastructure that serves more than 350 students in the Angostura del Orinoco municipality, was resumed.
