The governor of the state of Lara, Adolfo Pereira, announced the completion of the construction of the Dique-Toma Jujure adduction, a project that will benefit more than 40,000 inhabitants of the municipalities of Crespo and Iribarren.
This work, located in Freitez Parish, makes it possible to optimize the distribution of drinking water in various communities in the region.
Through a post on his Instagram account, Pereira highlighted that the new adduction system will increase water flow by 40 liters per second, representing a significant advance in access to vital liquid.
The governor explained that the project included the installation of 4.3 km of pipeline, an example of the Bolivarian Government's commitment to the welfare of the population and that it was achieved thanks to the resources provided by President Nicolás Maduro.
He also announced that after the completion of this work, other sub-projects in the region will continue to be addressed.
This new advance in Lara's water infrastructure represents a crucial step towards improving the quality of life of its inhabitants and strengthening public services in the region.
