Bolivarian Government completes waterproofing work at Maracay terminal

The Bolivarian Government, through the Municipal Public Transport Institute of Girardot (IMTRAGIR), reported the completion of roof conditioning and waterproofing works in the commercial area at the main land terminal of Maracay in Aragua.

Among the works initiated by the entity, general cleaning work was carried out, removal of metal structures, and then culminated in an exhaustive work of roof waterproofing.

This was reported by the president of IMTRAGIR E ilyn Suárez, who indicated that this action benefits an important group of businesses that were affected during rainy periods.

“We have completed a very important work of approximately more than 1000 square meters of waterproofing, together with other complementary tasks such as the improvement of the entire channel system for draining rainwater,” she said, quoted in a press release from the institution.
