In a meeting with the president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, this Wednesday the governor of the state of La Guaira, José Alejandro Terán, led the delivery of 60 apartments rehabilitated after the double earthquake of last June 24.

“Today we are delivering here, thanks to this great plan that you have created for Venezuela, a total of 60 apartments. They are the first 60 of 3,938 apartments where, on 21 fronts of work, this great Venezuela Renace Plan is already allowing families to leave their tents abandoned and return to their new, safe, beautiful homes,” said the regional president.

From the urban planning, Ana Victoria, which has 9 buildings, pointed out that the Presidential Commission on Habitability described 7 of them as yellow, which suffered non-structural damage, and two with the color red.

“The good news is that even the two who were rated red passed the second study carried out by the Habitability Commission and it allowed us to develop structural reinforcement techniques for its 32 columns and those 60 apartments in Ana Victoria are also being saved in order to completely recover all the urban planning, 270 apartments in general,” he explained.
