Bolivarian Government delivered more than a thousand corrective lenses to Sucre parish in Caracas

The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, led the delivery of 1,097 corrective lenses in Sucre parish, as part of the Caravans of Solutions.

Through his Instagram account, Meléndez explained that, this day of Operation Caracas Smile, he directly served residents of various communes and community circuits who had previously been through the Ophthalmology service.

Meléndez stressed that the initiative will continue to transform lives in Caracas communities, prioritizing specialized medical care and the immediate delivery of technical assistance to the most vulnerable sectors of the capital.

“We will continue to provide solutions to the people, meeting their requests, acquired during the Caravan of Solutions,” he said.
