Bolivarian Government deployed equipment to repair the Palo Verde Elevado after seismic activity

The Ministry of People's Power for Transportation reported that technical crews are still deployed in the Sucre municipality, in the state of Miranda, to immediately deal with road damage caused by recent seismic movements in the country.

The works, which are already under way, are concentrated on the Palo Verde Elevado, a high-traffic road artery in the state. The tasks include the repair of the expansion joints of the structure, as well as the rehabilitation of the asphalt binder in the accesses and the rolling surface.

The primary objective of these corrective actions is to ensure safe and smooth traffic for all drivers who travel through this important corridor, minimizing structural risks derived from earthquakes.

The Ministry of People's Power for Transportation reaffirms its commitment to immediate attention and permanent deployment to ensure the mobility and protection of citizens in the face of any contingency.
