In a meeting with the governor of the state of Miranda, Elio Serrano, this Friday the president in charge of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, inaugurated the “Apacuana” Center for Comprehensive Care for Women and Humanized Childbirth.

The new infrastructure, located in the entity's Central Unido Lander Commune, constitutes an advance in the protection of the female sector, becoming a space for women's health and well-being.

Governor Serrano pointed out that this space has different services, in addition to “the pharmacy that we are in, being able to provide our women, from Los Valles del Tuy, with a certain possibility, not only of medicines, but also of all the vitamin process that our people require.”

She specified that care for women in Miranda is integral to this new health center. “We must recognize, President in Charge, that we are very aware of comprehensive health. It is not only the issue of not having physical illnesses, but it is also being addressed, in this space, in various specialties, especially in the emotional and psychological aspects, and empowering our women.”
