Bolivarian Government held an awareness day for motorcyclists in Ocumare del Tuy

The Bolivarian Government of the state of Miranda, through the Department of Transportation of the Tomás Lander municipality, attached to the mayor's office of the Tomás Lander municipality, held an awareness-raising day aimed at motorcyclists.


According to information issued by the Government, the activity was carried out at the facilities of the passenger terminal in Ocumare del Tuy, and is framed in the management policies of Governor Elio Serrano and Mayor Dayana Báez.


The day focused on compliance with the rules of citizen coexistence and respect for traffic signs within the venue, placing special emphasis on the importance of using only designated entry and exit areas.


“The main purpose of this measure is to optimize traffic flow in the area and avoid traffic jams or accidents affecting users who pass through this land port on a daily basis,” said the mayor.


Finally, he pointed out that these actions seek to bring order to public and private transport, ensuring that common spaces are used efficiently and safely for the entire Tomás Lander community.
